Remarks on non-archimedean normed spaces.
The field of 
-adic numbers, the non-Archimedean completion of 
appears in a natural way, as the Archimedean completion 
of 
. This fact motivates the study of normed spaces defined over non-Archimedean fields. Some properties of non-Archimedean Banach spaces will be presented and discussed.
